You will provide guidance to your crew and monitor their performance, all the while ensuring quality work, and that safe work practices and policies are adhered to.</span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Primary Accountabilities</b></H2></div><div><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> </p><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="color:black">You will be responsible for coordinating the effective and efficient utilization of equipment and material resources that are used in road repair, maintenance, and snow and ice control operations. Daily, you will ensure preventive maintenance is completed. You will also conduct preliminary site investigations and identify and assess safety hazards and potential problems to infrastructure and resolve or recommend a course of action to remedy the situation.
