High-rise building construction sites. Construction site. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials. Clean and lubricate cranes. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Perform routine maintenance work. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Working at heights training. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Own vehicle. Willing to travel. Public transportation is not available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
